Senior MEP Manager Mission Critical

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior MEP Manager to oversee the coordination, execution, and delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems on large-scale data center and mission critical construction projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent field experience).
• 7+ years of construction experience with a strong focus on MEP systems, including 3+ years in mission critical / data center projects.
• Deep technical understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, emergency power, UPS, CRAC/CRAH units, and BMS systems.
• Proven success managing MEP installation and startup on complex commercial or mission critical projects.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders and trades.
• Proficiency with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Navisworks, and MS Project; working knowledge of Revit is a plus.
• OSHA 30 Certification required.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in the DFW area and travel between local project sites as needed.
