This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Articulate the company’s value proposition in health advocacy and clinical programs during key engagements
- Guide RFP responses with innovative, client-specific strategies aligned with healthcare trends
- Represent clinical leadership in strategic forums, enhancing the company’s market positioning
- Partner with National Account Executives to develop strategic clinical roadmaps for retention and growth
- Analyze client-specific data to identify performance opportunities and deliver actionable insights
- Serve as a clinical liaison to resolve complex client issues and improve experiences
- Translate enterprise innovations into training for account teams, ensuring consistent messaging
Qualifications
- Board-certified physician in an ABMS-approved specialty with an active medical license
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience
- At least 15 years of progressive leadership in medical management across insurance, consulting, health systems, or health technology
- Exceptional communication, analytical, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with a focus on results and innovation
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet client and enterprise needs
Pay
$242,900 – $404,800 annually
