Senior Medical Director Clinical Development - Prostate Cancer

Responsibilities

• Interact with clinical investigators and thought leaders to develop clinical plans for drug candidates
• Lead internal study teams and collaborate with CROs to implement clinical studies
• Ensure development and optimization of RayzeBio assets in partnership with GPLs
• Contribute to documentation such as protocols and clinical study reports
• Facilitate investigator meetings and lead site initiation visits with trial investigators
• Translate research findings into clinical opportunities and oversee data monitoring committees
• Serve as clinical lead for regulatory interactions and manage submissions for prostate cancer assets

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent, ideally with oncology subspecialty training and 10+ years in oncology clinical development
• Experience required in drug development specifically in prostate cancer
• Strong leadership skills with a proven record in managing and mentoring clinical teams
• Experience with NDA/MAA preparation and health authority interactions globally
• Solid understanding of GCP and ICH guidelines
