Senior Medical Assistant - Sleep Clinic

About the role

Works under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor, Clinic Manager or appropriate staff to provide basic patient care to assigned patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care to assigned patients
• May assist with administrative tasks such as medical office paperwork including billing, coding and medical terminology

Requirements

• Graduate of certified medical assistant program
• Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• 1 year of related experience in the medical field
• General experience regarding medical office paperwork required; including billing, coding and medical terminology

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree - Associate Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school with emphasis in Health Care
