Senior Media Specialist
About the role
The Senior Media Specialist plays a crucial role in promoting health screenings and clinical studies through traditional and local marketing efforts. They collaborate with the Senior Media Specialist to optimize media allocation and manage vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own Campaign Activation and Optimization
- Plan and manage media allocation for health screening programs and clinical studies on traditional/localized media
- Identify and execute new growth channels and test creative
- A/B test creative across all channels
- Work with the Growth Marketing Manager and Content Development teams to share insights and improve campaigns
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with operational, clinical, and other teams to plan advertising campaigns and gather participant feedback
- Data-Driven Growth & Reporting
- Manage reports and dashboards to track creative and audience performance
- Develop strategies focusing on conversion and improving top/mid-funnel campaigns
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive data-backed marketing solutions
- Other Responsibilities:
- Manage local listings through a listing management tool
- Support public relations efforts and communications
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare
- Proactive strategy development and recommendation to senior leadership
- Strong experience with A/B testing
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong project management skills including resource planning, meeting deadlines, and setting objectives
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and draw conclusions
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
How We Work Together
- Location: Remote within the United States
- Travel: Less than 10% travel requirements, occasional planned travel may be required
- Physical Demands: Ability to use keyboards and other computer equipment
Pay
The expected salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 USD per year for full-time team members.
