Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide mentorship for lower-level engineers by delegating project tasks and teaching necessary skills
  • Organize project requirements and activities with project team
  • Review work generated by lower-level engineers and provide constructive feedback
  • Apply sound engineering solutions to projects
  • Participate in internal project meetings
  • Coverage of project requirements and activities with customer directly
  • Review mechanical designs, details, and pneumatic diagrams for accuracy and functionality
  • Mechanical system design & detailing
  • Travel to customer worksites and work independently for field investigation, installation support, commissioning, and production startup support
  • Specify of mechanical and pneumatic components
  • Create drawing packages
  • Create bill of materials
  • Create job releases
  • Assist in troubleshooting and debug of systems
