We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Overview, What You'll Do, In This Role You Will, Required Qualifications, Desired Qualifications, TOTAL REWARDS & EMPLOYEE PROGRAMS, Physical Requirements, Additional Information (but we must remove boilerplate like application instructions, EEO, etc). We need to use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). However we can choose headings that match content. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should use those exact headings when appropriate. But we need to include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to map content to these headings. We have: - Overview: could be "About the role". That seems appropriate. - What You'll Do: Responsibilities. - In This Role You Will: also responsibilities, maybe combine. - Required Qualifications: Requirements or Qualifications. - Desired Qualifications: maybe Skills? Or Qualifications again. Could be "Qualifications" for required, and "Skills" for desired? But we have both required and desired. Could combine into Requirements section with both required and desired? But instruction: Use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could have "Requirements" for required qualifications, and "Skills" for desired qualifications. Or "Qualifications" for required and "Skills" for desired. Let's decide. We also have "TOTAL REWARDS & EMPLOYEE PROGRAMS": that's Benefits. Physical Requirements: maybe Schedule? No, schedule is hybrid work schedule mentioned earlier. Actually schedule: "A hybrid work schedule will be supported." That's schedule info. So we can have a Schedule section. Pay: not mentioned. So we should not include Pay section because no specific pay info. Benefits: we have TOTAL REWARDS & EMPLOYEE PROGRAMS. We also have location info and hybrid schedule: could be part of Overview or maybe a separate "Schedule" section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract substantive content: Overview: Merrick is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Energy, Manufacturing & Bioprocessing Business Unit. This full-time, direct hire position, will be responsible for engineering, design, coordination, client communications and associated construction administration. At Merrick, every resume is carefully reviewed by our team of experienced human recruiters—never by AI. We are committed to a fully human-centered hiring process, ensuring each candidate receives thoughtful, personalized attention at every stage. Merrick is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets. Employment with Merrick is contingent upon completion of a pre-employment background check, MVR check, and drug screen. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, application instructions, etc. So we should drop the "Additional Information" section entirely (since it's mostly boilerplate). Also drop any lines about "Apply online only..." etc. Also drop EEO line. Also drop "Employment with Merrick is contingent upon completion of a pre-employment background check, MVR check, and drug screen." That's also boilerplate. So we will not include Additional Information. We need to keep Physical Requirements (travel, climbing ladders). That's substantive. We need to keep location and hybrid schedule info (maybe under Overview or Schedule). Since we have a Schedule heading possible, we could put hybrid schedule there. But location is not schedule; maybe we keep location in Overview. We need to avoid creating Pay section (no pay info). Benefits section we have. We need to avoid creating Schedule section if we don't have specific schedule details beyond hybrid work schedule. That's enough to create a Schedule section with that detail. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state hybrid work schedule will be supported. So we can include Schedule section with that. We also need to avoid creating Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does state TOTAL REWARDS & EMPLOYEE PROGRAMS with details. So we include Benefits. Now headings: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can choose which to use. We have: - About the role: Overview (including location and hybrid schedule? but schedule separate). We'll put overview in About the role. - Responsibilities: combine What You'll Do and In This Role You Will. - Requirements: Required Qualifications. - Skills: Desired Qualifications (or maybe Qualifications). But we already used Requirements for required qualifications. Could also have Qualifications heading for required and Skills for desired. But we have both Required and Desired. Let's follow the example: they gave Requirements, Qualifications, Skills as examples. So we could have:

Requirements

for Required Qualifications.

Skills

for Desired Qualifications. Or we could have Qualifications for required and Skills for desired. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's decide: Use Requirements for required qualifications, Skills for desired qualifications. That seems fine. - Benefits: TOTAL REWARDS & EMPLOYEE PROGRAMS. - Schedule: hybrid work schedule. - Physical Requirements: maybe we could put under a heading like "Physical Requirements" but not in the example list. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings (e.g...). It might be okay to use other headings if needed, but better to stick to those. However Physical Requirements is substantive; we could incorporate it into Responsibilities or Overview? Not really. Could we put it under a heading like "Requirements"? No. Could we make a section "Physical Requirements" using

even though not in example? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings when appropriate, but we can also use other headings if needed? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests those are examples of headings we may use; we can also use other headings if they fit content. But to be safe, we could incorporate Physical Requirements into a section like "Requirements" but that's not accurate. Perhaps we can create a section "Physical Requirements" using

. The instruction didn't forbid other headings; it just gave examples. I think it's okay. But we need to avoid creating sections with filler text. Physical Requirements has real content. Thus final HTML:
