About the role

As a Senior Maximo Application Suite Developer/Administrator, you will drive initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. Collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. Directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Technical Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate system requirements, architectures, and deployment plans
• Document system architecture and design requirements
• Develop standards for application maintenance and improvement
• Prepare and summarize technical reports
• Implement lifecycle system engineering practices for MAS and OpenShift
• Ensure MAS 9 meets security requirements for DHS Authority to Operate
• Install, configure, and maintain MAS and associated databases

Requirements

• US Citizenship with ability to obtain DHS or TSA vetting
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 10-15 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift and IBM Maximo Application Suite 9 installations
• Strong IT security knowledge, particularly in high-security environments
• Experience in FedRAMP or secured cloud environments

Pay

$116,350 – $210,325 annually
