Job Description
Oversee daily warehouse receiving operations, ensuring incoming shipments are unloaded, inspected, and processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Verify received materials against purchase orders and shipping documentation; identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, damages, and inventory variances.
Maintain accurate inventory records through timely system transactions, cycle counts, inventory audits, and root-cause analysis, implementing corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.
Store, label, and organize materials in designated warehouse locations to ensure proper identification, accessibility, and effective space utilization.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve receiving, inventory control, warehouse organization, and material flow processes to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and support operational goals.
Support and coordinate shipping, receiving, and kitting activities, including machine kitting, Bill of Materials (BOM) verification, and preparation of parts and materials for internal production and customer shipments.
Cross-train and perform responsibilities within Shipping and Kitting functions to ensure operational continuity during employee absences and periods of increased demand.

Coordinate high-priority shipments and material movements while collaborating with Procurement, Production, Logistics, and other departments to ensure on-time delivery and seamless workflow.
Aid sister companies and internal stakeholders with receiving, inventory, and warehouse-related questions, concerns, and best-practice guidance.
Train, mentor, and support team members in receiving, inventory, and warehouse processes; serve as a subject matter expert and resource for problem-solving.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing, 7S, supply chain optimization, and warehouse improvement projects.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and warehouse performance, and assist in implementing sustainable solutions.
Promote and support warehouse safety programs by ensuring compliance with company policies and safe work practices.
Conduct and support safety training and maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environment.
Monitor and coordinate maintenance of forklifts and material handling equipment to ensure operational readiness and compliance with safety requirements.
Qualifications, Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, receiving, inventory control, or related materials management functions OR Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
Experience utilizing ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems.
Additional Responsibilities
