About the role
The Senior Master Scheduler will develop and manage integrated schedules, utilize Work Breakdown Structures and the Critical Path Method, and coordinate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-security environment to support complex, multi-year programs within government or intelligence community settings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage schedules for complex, multi-year programs, ideally within government or intelligence community environments.
- Utilize scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent) to plan and control projects.
- Apply Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Critical Path Method (CPM), and integrated baseline management to program schedules.
- Work effectively in fast-paced, high-security environments with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Current and active TS SCI clearance.
- 5 to 8 years of experience with a BS/BA, 3 to 5 years with an MS/MA, or 0 to 2 years with a PhD.
- Experience in scheduling, program planning, project controls, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated mastery of scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Critical Path Method (CPM), and integrated baseline management.
- Experience developing and managing schedules for complex, multi-year programs.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs.
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) tools, techniques, and reporting.
- Experience with Agile, hybrid, or iterative development methodologies.
Pay
Up to $84,000
