Senior Marketing Strategist

About the role

The Senior Marketing Strategist leads strategy across a portfolio of client accounts at Lifted Logic, a digital agency in Overland Park, KS. You are the strategic brain behind each account — the person responsible for knowing what’s working, what isn’t, and what to do next. This role is client-facing and performance-driven.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing strategy for a portfolio of active client accounts
• Develop and maintain goal-driven marketing roadmaps tied to measurable business outcomes
• Lead client strategy meetings — presenting performance insights, identifying priorities, and recommending next steps
• Review and interpret performance data across SEO, PPC, email marketing, CRM, and web analytics
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations that clients and internal teams can act on
• Cook up and execute content strategy, but not content creation
• Care for coordination with internal execution teams to ensure deliverables align with strategy, scope, and timelines
• Identify risks, gaps, and growth opportunities across accounts and proactively address them
• Maintain thorough documentation, meeting notes, and reporting for each account
• Contribute to internal process improvements and strategic frameworks

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, preferably in an agency or consulting environment
• Strong working knowledge of SEO, content strategy, CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), email marketing, and paid media
• Proven experience managing strategy across multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Comfortable leading conversations with business owners, marketing directors, and C-suite stakeholders
• An analytical mindset — you’re comfortable in Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting dashboards
• A highly organized approach with the ability to prioritize based on impact, not just urgency
• Experience working within defined scopes of work and client contracts
