Job Description
- Support proposal development with rapid turnaround times, including same-day or urgent requests.
- Manage proposal intake, prioritization, workflow coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Partner with internal teams to develop clear, high-quality deliverables aligned with client needs.
- Contribute to improvements in proposal processes, including leveraging automation and AI tools.
- Track proposal activity and support performance reporting as needed.
- Partner with firm leadership, partners, and stakeholders to support growth initiatives and client-facing materials.
- Aid in complex projects and initiatives tied to firm-wide branding efforts.
- Execute SEO and Answer Engine Optimization initiatives.
- Maintain website performance, optimization, design, and governance initiatives.
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks across Growth initiatives.
- Create dashboards and reporting for proposal activities, pipeline visibility, event ROI, SEO performance, etc.
- Analyze performance data and identify actionable opportunities.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, proposal management, digital marketing, or growth/BD operations within a public accounting or other professional services firm.
- Experience supporting or executing proposal processes in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword strategy, metadata optimization, and search visibility.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, tight deadlines, and competing priorities.
- Independent, organized, self-starter that will provide tactical and strategic support to partners and key leaders.
- Ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with partners and professional teams, including operations and administration.
- Ability to work occasional overtime to support urgent projects or firm events.
- Travel periodically to other HCVT offices to support the growth function as directed (10-15%).
