Primary Responsibilities

Develop, design, execute, and optimize marketing strategies and creative assets to drive member acquisition, product adoption, engagement, and retention.
Monitor market conditions, identify trends, and provide product, positioning, and pricing recommendations.
Conduct regular reviews of products and services to ensure offerings remain competitive and continue to meet evolving member needs and expectations.
Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Collaborate with member experience and business development teams to effectively position and promote products and services in support of organizational growth objectives.
Partner with internal and external partners to identify and define high-value consumer segments using internal data, third-party data, and market research.
Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall product performance.

Requirements

Experience: 5-7 years of experience of marketing experience in the financial services industry with demonstrated success in member/customer acquisition, product marketing, and strategic positioning.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of consumer banking, payments, money management products, and related services.
Customer/member-focused with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.

Salary Range

$67,812.58 - $84765.72

Physical Setting

Hybrid Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
