Senior Marketing Program Manager

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an omni-channel marketing strategy that supports CPA.com and technology partner business goals and contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with content and campaign teams to create KPI-driven, multi-channel marketing plans for category awareness, customer engagement, demand generation and post-sale enablement.
  • Create a comprehensive thought leadership strategy with content and PR teams, including webinars, panel sessions, whitepapers, research reports, social media content, blogs and corporate slides.
  • Partner Management And Collaboration: Serve as the primary marketing contact for technology partner marketing teams, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and running weekly marketing calls.
  • Project Management: Act as the project manager for marketing plan execution, developing campaign briefs and using project management software to coordinate the development and promotion of assets.
  • Serve as final approver on all content and campaign assets, ensuring materials align with technology brand identity and resonate with target firm audiences.
  • Collaborate with content and activation/demand gen to execute holistic marketing plans, and provide feedback to meet or exceed marketing goals and KPIs.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to high-impact initiatives and evaluating ROI of marketing spend.
  • Category Awareness/Thought Leadership: Partner with CPA.com professional services and sales teams to understand industry trends, firm pain points and opportunities to positively position CPA.com and technology partners’ audit solutions and services.
  • Attend and actively engage in webinars, learning events, and industry conferences to continuously strengthen audit domain expertise and bring market insights back into CPA.com planning.
  • Support the development of audit-related insights, themes, and narratives used across DCPA and other CPA.com channels.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Report to technology partners and CPA.com stakeholders on how marketing activities are driving business results, developing slides for Quarterly Business Reviews and board meetings.
  • Share insights and feedback with content and campaign teams to ensure marketing plans meet business goals and KPIs.
  • Other Duties: Develop content and perform demand generation activities to support marketing plan as needed.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to high-impact initiatives and evaluating ROI of marketing spend.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in GTM marketing strategies for SaaS technology products.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing best practices, channel approaches and emerging technologies, including GenAI use cases.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM solutions like Salesforce and Pardot; experience with email marketing, social media, content/webinar, and SEO/SEM campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, navigate competing priorities, and effectively adjust work plans to respond to emergent challenges or opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and with limited oversight to accomplish agreed upon objectives and to evaluate results.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail.
