Job Duties And Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview. This position addresses the critical business challenge of customer churn by designing, creating and executing high-impact retention marketing campaigns across both the DISH and Sling brands. The successful candidate drives customer loyalty and brand advocacy through strategic creative direction and deep collaboration with internal stakeholders and external programming partners. By managing complex, multi-tiered campaign lifecycles simultaneously, this role ensures that communication remains clear and retention initiatives are delivered on time in a rapidly changing environment.
Skills, Experience And Requirements
Core Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring): Critical experience in developing and executing end-to-end creative marketing campaigns with a proven track record of managing projects under tight deadlines
Advanced proficiency in designing customer retention strategies and interpreting campaign data to continuously improve customer lifetime value
Advanced proficiency in building and editing short form and long form video content
Exceptional relationship-building capabilities to collaborate with partners outside of the business in order to align business objectives
High adaptability and problem-solving agility to prioritize effectively and deliver results with a strong sense of urgency in a rapidly changing business environment
AI literacy and application skills, specifically utilizing AI-driven marketing tools or creative generation platforms to enhance workflow efficiency and asset variation
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related discipline
Minimum Experience: 5-8 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or customer retention
Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 5 years of experience with:
- Creating and executing end-to-end creative marketing campaigns
- Designing and editing long form and short form video content
- Managing cross-functional teams
