Description Valiant Residential is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to join our company.

Responsibilities

  • Drive occupancy and ROI by providing support, guidance, and direction in the development and implementation of marketing programs.
  • Create, manage, and analyze PPC campaigns to produce optimal outcomes.
  • Deliver insight on marketing performance and ROI across the organization and structured portfolios.
  • Own, plan, execute, and synthesize bodies of strategy work related to operational marketing support, define adjustments needed to maximize leasing traffic.
  • Consistently solicit feedback from the regional operations team to effectively adjust marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with marketing leadership to drive collaboration and foster a shared understanding of, and alignment around the work agenda, process & procedure, findings and implications, and to move the department toward action.
  • Maintain a strong focus on generating new ideas through creative strategy.
  • Continually research and make recommendations on new opportunities and marketing channels.
  • Set and maintain a high standard of analysis through the use and expertise of various reporting platforms.
  • Develop strong partnerships with 3rd party vendors to ensure optimal campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in strategic marketing and marketing metrics role
  • Google/Meta Ads Certified required
  • Google Analytics Certified preferred
  • Self-starter, driven, solution oriented and works independently with little supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • Analytic skills and ability to interpret data
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management, and clients and navigating ambiguous situations
  • Time management and organization skills for planning and executing both large and small marketing projects and initiatives
  • Proven track record of success
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
