Job Summary

The Tie Bar is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead brand and channel marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include developing and leading seasonal and always-on marketing plans, collaborating with creative and performance marketing teams, and owning the marketing calendar.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead seasonal and always-on marketing plans that drive traffic, conversion, and customer growth
  • Partner with the Associate Creative Director to align messaging, campaign strategy, and go-to-market plans
  • Collaborate with merchandising, product, and ecommerce teams on launches, promotions, and licensed collaboration opportunities
  • Act as the primary point of contact with centralized teams managing paid media, retention (email/SMS), and site merchandising
  • Leverage performance data and customer insights to optimize campaigns and inform testing strategies
  • Support go-to-market strategy for licensed collections, brand partnerships, and experiential events
  • Own the marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns and collaborations are delivered on time and on brief
  • Develop briefs, presentations, and post-mortem recaps to communicate plans, results, and learnings to stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably within DTC, fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, email/SMS, ecommerce, and social
  • Proven ability to analyze data, generate insights, and translate findings into actionable strategies
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
