About the role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to play a key role in shaping marketing performance, member/customer growth, and strategic decision-making through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and compelling data storytelling. In this high-impact position, you will partner with marketing and business leaders to uncover opportunities, optimize campaigns, improve member/customer engagement, and deliver insights that drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions using T-SQL.
  • Gather requirements, build prototypes, conduct testing, and deliver insights through Power BI dashboards and executive presentations.
  • Perform quantitative analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling to support marketing initiatives and growth objectives.
  • Create forecasting models for budgeting, growth projections, and campaign performance.
  • Build analytical models focused on churn analysis, customer lifetime value, and return on advertising spend (ROAS).
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools.
  • Analyze digital performance, including website behavior, conversion funnels, and online engagement metrics.
  • Lead research initiatives to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and optimization strategies.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through ongoing quality validation processes.
  • Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, translating data into business recommendations.
  • Automate reporting processes and improve operational efficiency through innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to support strategic business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within marketing, business analytics, or financial services.
  • Advanced SQL programming experience (T-SQL preferred).
  • Strong experience applying statistical and mathematical techniques to data analysis and modeling.
  • At least 2 years of recent Power BI experience.
  • Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (Azure preferred).
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience measuring and optimizing marketing campaign performance.
  • Background in banking, credit unions, or financial services.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, acquisition, retention, and lifecycle analytics.
