This role supports the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of live entertainment events, conferences, and media properties. You will collaborate with marketing, editorial, partnerships, communications, and event teams to drive audience engagement and business growth. The position combines campaign coordination, digital marketing, content creation, data analysis, and partner activation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with building and executing integrated marketing campaigns supporting conferences, events, subscriptions, and audience growth initiatives.
  • Support marketing activities across a portfolio of industry events, including promotional campaigns, registration initiatives, and attendee engagement efforts.
  • Manage email marketing activities, including list updates, content approvals, campaign reporting, performance tracking, and A/B testing.
  • Maintain and update event websites, including speaker information, schedules, sponsor pages, and other key content.
  • Create promotional materials such as email graphics, social media assets, digital banners, and event-related creative content.
  • Collaborate with social media teams to support content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement across multiple channels.
  • Pull and analyze campaign, advertising, registration, and revenue data to provide insights for marketing and sales teams.
  • Manage partner marketing activities, including contract updates, promotional commitments, asset collection, and fulfillment of partnership benefits.
  • Coordinate event preparation activities, including exhibitor support, marketing materials, logistics, and conference requirements.
  • Maintain accurate contact databases, manage audience lists, and support outreach initiatives.
  • Assist with research projects, awards programs, surveys, and editorial initiatives through proofreading, data collection, and content support.
  • Manage special marketing projects, including promotional contests, campaigns, and online content updates.
  • Track invoices and support administrative processes to ensure accurate financial management within marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, event marketing, conference management, or a related role.
  • Strong interest in live entertainment, events, media, or related industries.
  • Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web platforms.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and content best practices.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, content management systems, and ticketing or registration platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and use insights to improve marketing efforts.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable collaborating across departments and coordinating with external partners.
  • Ability and willingness to travel and work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
