Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution of print marketing campaigns
- Coordinate integrated customer marketing across Email, SMS, Push and Digital channels
- Build customer segmentation and targeting strategies
- Manage campaign calendars and execution timelines
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations
- Design and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation
- Develop creative briefs with Brand and Creative partners
- Present actionable insights to business stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Marketing or Marketing Analytics
- Experience with Print campaigns
- Experience with Email, Push, SMS or Direct Mail campaigns
- Experience with customer segmentation
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
