The user wants me to convert this job posting into clean semantic HTML following specific rules. Let me analyze the content and structure it appropriately. First, I need to identify the sections: 1. About the role / Company overview (the first few paragraphs) 2. The Role (description) 3. What You'll Do (with subsections: Content & Audience Intelligence, Paid Media & Demand Generation Analytics, Sales & Event Intelligence, Account Intelligence & CRM Enrichment) 4. What We're Looking For (requirements) 5. What Success Looks Like 6. Why Choose Vividly? (benefits) 7. Pay Range (at the end) I need to use

for section headings,
  • for lists,

for prose. Don't repeat job title as heading. Don't include Job ID/requisition numbers. Remove boilerplate (scam warnings, EEO, application instructions). Only include sections with real content. Let me structure: - About the role / Company overview: This is prose about the company and the role context. Could be "About the role" or "About Vividly". The posting starts with company description then "As we grow, we're looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst...". I'll make a section "About the role" with the company context and role summary. - The Role: There's a "The Role" heading in the text. I'll use that as h3. - What You'll Do: This has four subsections. Each could be an h3? But the rule says use h3 for section headings like Responsibilities, Requirements, etc. The subsections are detailed responsibilities. I could make "Responsibilities" as h3 and then each sub-area as a list? But the content is quite detailed with multiple bullet points per sub-area. The instruction: "Use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits". The subsections have bullet points. I could make each sub-area a separate h3? But the rule says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." However, the subsections are distinct areas. I think I'll make "Responsibilities" as h3 and then include the four areas as sub-lists with maybe bold labels? But the instruction says use h3 for section headings. The example headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So "Responsibilities" is a section heading. The subsections could be part of that section. I'll create a "Responsibilities" section with the four areas as subheadings? But we can't use h4? The rule only mentions h3 for section headings. It doesn't forbid h4, but says "use

for section headings". Might be okay to use h4 for subsections, but to be safe, I'll keep them as part of the Responsibilities section with bold text and lists. Better: Use h3 for "Responsibilities" and then within that, use

for each area title and then

for bullet points. That's acceptable. - What We're Looking For: This is requirements/qualifications. Use h3 "Requirements" or "Qualifications". The posting says "What We're Looking For". I'll use "Requirements". - What Success Looks Like: This is a prose section. Could be "Success Factors" or "What Success Looks Like". I'll use "What Success Looks Like" as h3. - Why Choose Vividly?: This is benefits. Use h3 "Benefits". - Pay Range: At the end, "The Pay Range For This Role Is 115,000 - 130,000 USD per year". Use h3 "Pay". Also note: The posting includes remote location and schedule info? It says "Remote (United States)" in pay line. Could include in Pay section or Schedule. But schedule not explicitly mentioned. I'll include in Pay section. Now, remove boilerplate: The scam warning paragraphs at the end (starting "Please note: Vividly will never request...") should be removed. Also the FTC article mention. Remove those. Also remove "Vividly is not responsible for any claims..." etc. Now, ensure no duplicate lines. The posting has some repeated lines? Not really. Now, write HTML. Let's start:

        About the role

Vividly is the leading modern trade promotion management (TPM) solution built by and for the consumer packaged goods industry. From campaign creation to deductions management and promotion measurement, we help brands manage every element of trade spend. With our easy-to-use platform and industry-leading experience, we pride ourselves on our ability to bring businesses to the next level.

Not familiar with trade promotion spend? That’s OK. Most people aren’t. It’s an $8 trillion dollar problem that is ripe for disruption by an innovative SaaS startup. In order to grow, consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands spend 20% of their topline revenue to get into retailers and promote their products within those retailers. The problem is that today 70% of those promotions are not ROI positive. This is because ROI is hard to track. The industry operates on emails, pdfs, and xls spreadsheets. At Vividly, we’re solving this massive problem with exciting tactics including AI, Machine Learning, and Fintech and adding value to everyone in the chain. Some of our customers include brands you may use and love - Liquid Death, Amy’s, and Perfect Snacks.

As we grow, we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst who can help us better understand our market, our audience, and the performance of our go-to-market efforts and turn those insights into action.

        The Role

The Senior Marketing Analyst will sit at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations, helping Vividly answer a simple but critical question: What should we do more of, what should we do less of, and where are we missing opportunities? This is not a reporting-only role. You’ll dig into content performance, advertising data, prospect and account intelligence, event audiences, and CRM data to identify patterns and translate them into clear recommendations for the teams responsible for growth. You’ll partner closely with our Content, Demand Generation, Sales, and RevOps teams and will be expected to proactively surface insights - not simply wait for someone to ask for a report.

        Responsibilities

        Content & Audience Intelligence

        • Partner closely with the Content team to understand what is resonating with our target audience and where we should focus next.
        • Analyze content performance across organic search, website engagement, conversion, and other relevant channels.
        • Identify which pages, topics, formats, and themes are attracting and engaging our target accounts and personas.
        • Monitor SEO performance, keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, and emerging search opportunities.
        • Identify content that should be refreshed, expanded, consolidated, or deprioritized based on performance.
        • Combine behavioral data with qualitative insights from sales calls and customer conversations to identify topics our audience cares about.
        • Surface new content opportunities based on search behavior, audience engagement, competitive trends, and recurring themes from the market.
        • Build a clear, ongoing view of what's working, what's not, and what the Content team should test next.

Paid Media & Demand Generation Analytics

        • Work alongside the Demand Generation team to evaluate campaign performance and improve how we invest across channels.
        • Analyze advertising performance across LinkedIn, Google, display, and other paid channels.
        • Evaluate performance by creative, copy, audience, account segment, offer, campaign, platform, and other relevant dimensions.
        • Move beyond surface-level metrics such as clicks and impressions to understand which campaigns ultimately generate qualified opportunities, pipeline, and customers.
        • Identify patterns and opportunities that can inform targeting, creative strategy, testing, and budget allocation.
        • Partner with Demand Generation to design and evaluate tests and determine what should be scaled, changed, or discontinued.

        Sales & Event Intelligence

        • Help our Sales team identify and prioritize the people and accounts most worth engaging.
        • Support Vividly's conference and event strategy by sourcing, cleaning, matching, and enriching attendee and exhibitor data.
        • Identify which conference attendees and companies fit our ideal customer profile and existing target-account strategy.
        • Enrich contacts with relevant company, role, segment, and account information.
        • Develop prioritized prospect lists that help Sales understand who they should talk to and why before events.
        • Analyze event performance after conferences to understand engagement, opportunities created, pipeline generated, and lessons for future events.
        • Support additional prospect and account research that helps Sales focus its time on the highest-value opportunities.

        Account Intelligence & CRM Enrichment

        • Partner with Revenue Operations to improve the quality and completeness of Vividly's account and contact data.
        • Identify new accounts that match Vividly's ideal customer profile and target segments.
        • Research and enrich accounts with the data needed for segmentation, prioritization, personalization, and territory planning.
        • Identify relevant contacts and buying committee members within target accounts.
        • Maintain and improve CRM data quality, including deduplication, normalization, enrichment, and identification of missing or outdated information.
        • Work with RevOps to establish processes and standards that keep account and contact data accurate as the database grows.
        • Help Marketing and Sales build a more complete picture of our addressable market and where the best untapped opportunities exist.

        Requirements

        • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, revenue operations, sales intelligence, or a related discipline.
        • Strong analytical instincts and the ability to move from raw data to a clear recommendation.
        • Experience analyzing digital marketing and content performance, including paid media, website analytics, and SEO.
        • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation data; Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
        • Experience with prospecting, enrichment, account intelligence, or data providers is a plus.
        • Advanced spreadsheet skills and comfort working with large, imperfect datasets.
        • Experience with SQL, BI tools, or data visualization platforms is a plus.
        • Strong understanding of B2B funnels and the relationship between marketing activity, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.
        • Ability to communicate findings simply and clearly to people who aren't analysts.
        • A proactive mindset - you naturally look for patterns, anomalies, and opportunities rather than waiting for someone to tell you what analysis to run.

        What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means our teams make better decisions because of the insights you provide. The Content team knows which topics and assets deserve more investment. Demand Generation knows which campaigns and audiences are actually producing business outcomes. Sales arrives at conferences knowing exactly who they want to meet. RevOps has cleaner, richer account data. And across Vividly, we have a clearer understanding of where our next customers are coming from and how to reach more of them.

        Benefits

        • A modern, remote-first workplace: We are committed to succeeding as a fully remote team, empowering you with the flexibility to thrive, no commute required. Every Vividly team member receives a stipend upon hire to help create a comfortable, productive home office.
        • Vividly days off & flexible PTO: For most USA holidays that fall on a Monday or Friday, we turn it into a 4 day weekend! Vividly also offers Flexible Time Off (and
