Senior Manufacturing Planning/Scheduling Specialist

Responsibilities

• Represent the production and material planning function on cross-functional teams.
• Compile and monitor monthly production schedules.
• Create complex material structures in the material planning tool.
• Identify process flow improvements and implement them.
• Prepare labor and material forecasts as requested.
• Interface periodically with supply chain or suppliers on delivery issues and problem resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree.
• CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period of time.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within our facilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of bill of material concepts and methodologies.
• A strong grasp of the proposal process for both material and labor estimating.
• High proficiency with ERP systems.
• Prominent expertise in scheduling and timeline management.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.

Pay

Target salary range: USD $76,136.00/Yr. - USD $82,381.00/Yr.
