About the role
The Senior Manufacturing Planning Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing plans that optimize production efficiency and minimize waste.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals
- Optimize production schedules to meet demand while minimizing costs
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles
