Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Senior Staff Manufacturing Engineer to lead industrialization of advanced defense and security products. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end manufacturing process design, including DFM/DFA.Drive continuous improvement for complex, high-reliability systems.Partner with design, quality, and production to optimize yield, cost, and throughput.Implement lean practices and improve manufacturing effectiveness.Ensure compliance with strict safety and defense standards.Mentor engineering talent and lead global, cross-functional efforts. Qualifications & Skills Strong expertise in manufacturing engineering and industrialization.Proven ability to apply DFM/DFA principles to high-reliability products.Experience with process optimization, yield/cost/throughput improvement, and lean methods.Knowledge of safety and defense compliance requirements.Excellent collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams; leadership and mentoring ability.
