Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Typically standard M-F/40 hour weeks
Flexibility required during production launches
Occasional nights and weekends may be required during peak times
Team aims to provide approximately one week's notice whenever possible.
Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering discipline
- 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience supporting automated assembly production environments (strong internships/co-op experience may be considered if launch experience is demonstrated)
- Experience supporting manufacturing line launches, production ramps, equipment commissioning, or new manufacturing introductions
- Experience with assembly manufacturing processes such as welding, joining, fastening, leak testing, automated inspection, or similar electromechanical assembly operations
- CAD experience supporting manufacturing equipment or line layouts
- Ability to read engineering drawings, equipment drawings, and manufacturing documentation
- Automated production line launch experience (this is the biggest differentiator)
- Hands-on troubleshooting of robotics, automation, servo motion, and assembly equipment
