About the Role
This is a leadership position for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with CNC programming experience. You will oversee operators, programmers, and other engineers in a hands-on, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of operators, programmers, and engineers
- Apply CNC programming expertise in a manufacturing setting
- Work collaboratively in a hands-on capacity
Requirements
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience
- Proficiency with MasterCam
- Demonstrated management aptitude
- Aerospace experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
