Job Type Full-time Description Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer Location: Department: Operations Reports To Job Type: Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer who is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced manufacturing processes. This role involves providing technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities Lead process improvement efforts to reduce waste and improve quality.Provide technical guidance to the manufacturing team to increase productivity and reduce costs.Review and analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities.Partner with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure products are easy to manufacture.Select, test, and implement new equipment and technologies.Ensure all processes meet safety, regulatory, and quality requirements.Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.Manage projects related to new processes, equipment, or technological improvements.Create and maintain process documentation and SOPs.Troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing issues.Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications: Required Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience7–10 years of manufacturing engineering experience with strong process development skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesProficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodsStrong communication and leadership skillsExperience with ERP systems and project management Preferred Experience with automation and advanced manufacturing technologiesFamiliarity with Industry 4.0 tools and conceptsLean Six Sigma certification or similar credentials Skills And Competencies Advanced Process Engineering & OptimizationTechnical Problem-Solving & TroubleshootingLean Manufacturing & Continuous ImprovementProject Management & ExecutionLeadership & MentorshipData Analysis & Root-Cause InvestigationCross-Functional CollaborationCommunication & Presentation SkillsAttention to Detail & Documentation AccuracyAdaptability & Innovation MindsetSafety & Quality Focus
