Responsibilities
- Advise senior executives on technology strategies that enable business outcomes such as growth, efficiency, innovation, and risk mitigation.
- Lead hands-on consulting engagements grounded in Gartner insights, helping clients move from “what should we do?” to “how do we make this real?”
- Help organizations modernize platforms, rationalize applications, migrate to cloud, unlock data and analytics, manage cyber risk, and optimize cost and sourcing.
- Expand account portfolio and drive revenue growth through strategic relationship development and identifying new opportunities.
- Inspire, coach, and develop high-performing consultants who thrive on solving complex problems.
Requirements
- A proven background in a well-regarded consulting firm, balancing client delivery and revenue generation.
- A strong foundation in technology problem-solving (architecture, analytics, engineering, or strategy roles).
- Credibility across multiple IT domains—not just one “lane”.
- A track record of leading teams with a strong collaboration mindset, influencing executives, and delivering outcomes—not just recommendations.
- An intellectual curiosity and the confidence to adapt Gartner’s frameworks to each client’s unique situation.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Pay
The reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 188,000 USD - 248,000 USD. Actual salaries may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.

Full-time position.
