Senior Managing Director, Disputes & Economics, Financial Services Advisory

About the role

This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and convert business opportunities, generating $3 - $5 million+ annually
• Nurture relationships with executives at leading insurance, banking, and capital markets firms
• Build compliance and risk management systems and manage regulatory responses
• Drive transformation in business and technology for financial services, including Fintech
• Proactively sell comprehensive suites of services to enterprise-level clients
• Secure advisory opportunities and collaborate with cross-practice leaders
• Provide mentorship and develop team members
• Enhance practice growth through new client acquisition and consulting opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in financial services
• 10 years of experience in professional services preferred
• Demonstrated ability to generate $3 - $5 million in revenue annually
• Strong personal brand within insurance, banking, and capital markets clients

Pay

$200,000 – $250,000 annually
