Position Summary

As the Senior Director, you will be responsible for all client interfaces within a group of accounts across the Financial Services industry in the North America region. You will work with the wider market facing and delivery team to build the portfolio and account plans and deliver business growth and client management for the Salesforce ecosystem of services and solutions.

Develop and Execute Comprehensive Sales Strategies

  • Drive revenue, margin, and practice growth, including net new account acquisition.
  • Own the full opportunity lifecycle: Prospect, Evaluate, Propose, and Close.
  • Build and expand a high-value Salesforce portfolio exceeding $20M.
  • Create and execute detailed account plans in collaboration with Salesforce and client teams.
  • Align on business priorities, identify whitespace opportunities, and drive joint value realization through roadmap planning.
  • Source, shape, and lead qualified opportunities, managing all pre-sales activities end-to-end.
  • Leverage industry and client insights to design tailored Salesforce offerings and go-to-market plays addressing specific industry and account needs.
  • Author white papers, blogs, and market insights influencing the dialogue around digital transformation, AI, and Salesforce innovation in Financial Services.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with Salesforce product innovations, industry trends, and relevant certifications.
  • Bring forward-looking perspectives to clients.
  • Ensure delivery excellence by addressing challenges, reinforcing client satisfaction, and maximizing delivered value.
  • Partner with AEs, RVPs, and PSMs to align on territory strategy, co-sell motions, and joint pursuits driving co-sell revenue across Financial Services accounts.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles within the Financial Services industry.
  • Experience in building and managing high-value Salesforce portfolios exceeding $20M.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem of services and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage complex client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives.
  • Industry and client insights expertise.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce product innovations, industry trends, and relevant certifications.
  • Experience in managing Salesforce alliance relationships and co-selling motions.
  • Ability to drive thought leadership and influence the dialogue around digital transformation, AI, and Salesforce innovation in Financial Services.

Pay

  • Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 annually.
  • Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

  • Full-time position.
  • Standard business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
