Responsibilities

• Define regulatory obligations for technology and infrastructure

Qualifications

• JD from a reputable law school
• Experience in infrastructure, technology, and operational resilience
• Ability to simplify complex regulations into operational guidance
• Previous regulatory role in payments, banking, or financial services
• Proven track record in influencing stakeholders globally
• Experience leading regulatory strategy in highly regulated sectors
• Strong communication skills and executive presence
