Senior Managing Counsel, Regulatory Affairs

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regulatory strategy and advocacy efforts
• Liaise with business departments for regulatory interactions
• Manage external counsel and analyze regulatory advice
• Advises business stakeholders on product and operational regulatory compliance
• Design and implement compliance policies to manage regulatory risks
• Provide reports on emerging regulations and compliance program status
• Cook up and respond to regulatory examinations

Qualifications

• JD from a reputable law school
• Experience managing regulatory supervision
• Proficient in cross-border payments and compliance programs
• Demonstrated leadership managing global teams and executive stakeholders
• Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven approach

Pay

$250,000 – $400,000 annually
