Senior Managing Counsel, Commercial Transactions (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements
• Provide business-oriented legal advice on technology and privacy contracts
• Collaborate across business units to drive efficient transaction completion
• Develop contract templates, playbooks, and process improvements
• Anticipate legal issues and present innovative solutions
• Align business goals with legal frameworks in regulated sectors
• Navigate ambiguity and support emerging business models

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate with active bar membership in good standing
• Minimum 7 years of legal experience, ideally in-house or at a mid- to large-sized law firm
• Expertise in commercial contracting, privacy, technology, or regulated industries
• Experience with corporate parent companies and affiliated entities
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and mentoring

$151,700 – $220,000 annually
