Senior Manager, Workplace Planning and Advice – LMN

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Workplace Planning and Advice – LMN to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead a workplace planning and advice function focused on sales execution, customer outcomes, and the performance of senior teams. The position will shape strategies for new initiatives and products while driving retention, service quality, and adoption across outbound campaigns and client interactions. It also carries responsibility for managing headcount, supporting associate satisfaction, and ensuring operational metrics are consistently met.
