Senior Manager, UX

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 annually

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a global team of UX designers
• Own the UX product strategy across the entire Go-To-Market funnel
• Oversee the design of commerce workflows and user interactions
• Manage UX ownership of the company Asset Store and ecosystem
• Implement systems thinking for integrated user experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design and business goals
• Drive innovation in UX within an AI-driven context
