About the role

We are searching for a Senior Manager to join our Transaction Advisory Service team within our Financial Advisory Services consulting team. This is an opportunity to be a valued business advisor and provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to clients with complex financial needs. Responsibilities

  • Gather data, review documents, and prepare quality of earnings reports
  • Conduct research and financial analysis of target companies
  • Perform due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side transactions
  • Communicate with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service
  • Participate in marketing and recruiting activities of the firm
  • Pursue career development and advancement within the transaction advisory services group
  • Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients and the community
  • Invest in professional development individually and through firm-wide learning and development programs
  • Support the growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory, or transaction service lines
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
  • High motivation, initiative, and a positive attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities
  • Intermediate modeling and Excel skills, with experience conducting complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis
  • Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting analyses to management and leading initiatives
  • Ability to work effectively and thrive in a team environment with all levels of client personnel across various industries
  • Comfortable interacting with senior-level client personnel, including supporting the preparation of and participating in executive briefings

Pay

The pay rate range for this position is $179,000–$262,000. Actual compensation is influenced by skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees/certifications, work arrangements, and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
