About the role
We are searching for a Senior Manager to join our Transaction Advisory Service team within our Financial Advisory Services consulting team. This role offers the opportunity to be a valued business advisor, providing due diligence and transaction advisory services to clients with complex financial needs. You will work alongside firm leadership to serve clients and build the business, directly impacting the firm’s success. Responsibilities
- Data gathering, document review, and preparation of quality of earnings reports
- Research and financial analysis of target companies
- Due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service
- Participate in marketing and recruiting activities of the firm
- Opportunities for career development and advancement within the transaction advisory services group
- Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients and the community
- Invest in professional development through firm-wide learning and development programs

Qualifications
- 8+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory, or transaction service lines
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
- High motivation, initiative, and positive attitude
- Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities
- Intermediate modeling and Excel skills, with experience conducting complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis
- Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including experience presenting analyses to management and leading initiatives
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel across various industries
- Comfortable interacting with senior-level client personnel, including supporting executive briefings
Pay
The pay rate range for this position is $179,000–$262,000. Actual compensation is influenced by skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees/certifications, work arrangements, and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
