About the role
We are searching for a Senior Manager to join our Transaction Advisory Service team within our Financial Advisory Services consulting team. This role offers the opportunity to be a valued business advisor, providing due diligence and transaction advisory services to clients with complex financial needs. You will work closely with firm leadership to serve clients and build the business, directly impacting the firm’s success.

Responsibilities
- Data gathering, document review, and preparation of quality of earnings reports
- Research and financial analysis of target companies
- Due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Communication with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Participation in marketing and recruiting activities for the firm
- Opportunities for career development and advancement within the transaction advisory services group
- Networking and building strong relationships internally and externally with clients and the community
- Investing in professional development through firm-wide learning and development programs
- Supporting the growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory, or transaction service lines
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
- High motivation, initiative, and a positive attitude
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities
- Intermediate modeling and Excel skills, with experience conducting complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis
- Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting analyses to management and leading initiatives
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel across various industries
- Comfortable interacting with senior-level client personnel, including supporting executive briefings
Pay
The pay rate range for this position is $179,000–$262,000. Actual compensation is influenced by skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees/certifications, work arrangements, and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
