Responsibilities
- Lead Technology Risk & Assurance
- Develop and execute a risk-based assurance plan
- Perform assessments in accordance with Internal Audit methodology
- Oversee the scoping, rationalization, and execution of SOX ITGCs and ITACs
- Evaluate technology processes, risks, and controls
- Provide independent, pragmatic recommendations
- Maintain relationships with leaders across various departments
- Drive innovation within Internal Audit
- Develop talent and foster a high-performing team
Requirements
- 9+ years of progressive experience in Technology Risk, Technology Assurance, IT Audit, Cyber Risk, or IT SOX
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CPA, etc.
- Strong knowledge of SOX compliance, ITGCs, ITACs, technology risk management, and industry frameworks
- Experience with modern technology environments, including cloud platforms, cybersecurity, identity and access management
- Familiarity with AI governance, AI risk, and assurance considerations related to emerging technologies
- Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute complex assurance engagements

Pay
The expected starting pay range for this position is $170,000 - $190,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets.
Schedule
This role is based in our Rocklin office, with onsite collaboration Monday through Thursday and flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
