Responsibilities

  • Lead Technology Risk & Assurance
  • Develop and execute a risk-based assurance plan
  • Perform assessments in accordance with Internal Audit methodology
  • Oversee the scoping, rationalization, and execution of SOX ITGCs and ITACs
  • Evaluate technology processes, risks, and controls
  • Provide independent, pragmatic recommendations
  • Maintain relationships with leaders across various departments
  • Drive innovation within Internal Audit
  • Develop talent and foster a high-performing team

Requirements

  • 9+ years of progressive experience in Technology Risk, Technology Assurance, IT Audit, Cyber Risk, or IT SOX
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CPA, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of SOX compliance, ITGCs, ITACs, technology risk management, and industry frameworks
  • Experience with modern technology environments, including cloud platforms, cybersecurity, identity and access management
  • Familiarity with AI governance, AI risk, and assurance considerations related to emerging technologies
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute complex assurance engagements

Pay

The expected starting pay range for this position is $170,000 - $190,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets.

Schedule

This role is based in our Rocklin office, with onsite collaboration Monday through Thursday and flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
