Senior Manager, Technology Consulting - Telecom Sector Transformation (Denver)

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Manager to join our Telecom Consulting team. The role involves advising communications service providers on modernizing their technology landscape, improving customer and employee experiences, and optimizing network, product, and enterprise operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead telecom consulting engagements from strategy through execution, with accountability for delivery quality, stakeholder alignment and measurable business outcomes.
• Advise clients on transformation roadmaps, target operating models, business cases and solution priorities across telecom technology and operations.
• Guide clients through complex initiatives involving B/OSS transformation, systems integration, network-related change, digital operations and service experience improvement.
• Manage program economics, governance, risks and team performance across multiple workstreams and client stakeholders.
• Drive business development through proposal leadership, opportunity shaping, thought leadership and trusted advisor relationship building across priority telecom accounts.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Eight or more years of relevant experience in consulting, technology transformation or enterprise change, including significant experience serving telecom clients.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
• B/OSS transformation, telecom systems modernization and operating model change
• Transformation strategy, business case development and value realization
• Systems integration, vendor coordination and complex program delivery
• Network transformation, digital operations and customer or service experience improvement
• Emerging telecom technologies such as 5G, cloud, AI-enabled operations, APIs and edge services
