Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and support Current and deferred tax calculations
- Effective tax rate (ETR) analysis and forecasting
- Valuation allowance analysis and FIN 48 / uncertain tax positions
- Review international income tax provision components in accordance with ASC 740
- Cooperate with Accounting department to ensure proper recording of tax related journal entries
- Oversee the review of global transfer pricing documentation and Country-by-Country (CbC) reporting
- Prepare inter-company agreements and work with external auditors to ensure global transactions are at arm’s-length standards
- Support OECD Pillar Two (Global Minimum Tax) compliance
- Develop and maintain tax policies, documentation, and controls to support SOX and internal governance requirements
- Lead or support special projects as needed, including M&A transactions and purchase accounting support, legal entity restructurings and integrations, accounting method changes and tax law impacts and process automation and system implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA, JD, and/or MST
- 8+ years of tax experience in public accounting and/or with a multinational corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax, including FDDEI (FDII legacy), FTC, Subpart F, GILTI/NCTI, and BEAT
- Hands-on ASC 740 tax provision experience
- Experience with OECD Pillar Two / Global Minimum Tax and transfer pricing highly desirable
- Experience using AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to enhance productivity, analysis, and documentation

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $139,000 and $209,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
