About the role
The Senior Manager, Tax will lead the tax department, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. They will manage the tax planning and reporting processes, and work closely with other departments to optimize financial strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the tax planning and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage tax audits and disputes, providing expert guidance and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that enhance profitability.
- Oversee the tax compliance program, including the preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external tax advisors and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in tax management or a related field.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
