About the Role

The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations is responsible for driving operational excellence across the recruiting organization. This role oversees recruiting operations, enablement, technology management, and data-driven insights to ensure the TA team delivers a consistent, efficient, and high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The Senior Manager partners closely with TA leadership, HR, and business stakeholders to streamline processes, implement innovative solutions, and align recruiting operations with enterprise objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the TA Operations function, ensuring smooth execution of all recruiting processes and programs.
  • Own and optimize all recruiting tools, systems, and technologies (ATS, CRM, sourcing tools, analytics platforms, etc.) to drive recruiter efficiency and improve candidate experience.
  • Develop analytics to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure recruiting effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of hire.
  • Oversee and coach the Sourcing and TA Coordinator teams to ensure operational alignment and delivery excellence.
  • Design and maintain recruiting dashboards and analytics to provide visibility into team performance, pipeline health, and hiring trends.
  • Manage relationships with RPO providers, external vendors, and technology partners to ensure service-level and performance alignment.
  • Implement and maintain process documentation, training, and enablement materials to ensure consistent execution across the TA organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance recruiter and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and organizational hiring requirements and audit readiness across all TA processes.
  • As a manager, foster a learning culture within the team focused on coaching, regular feedback, accountability, and development that energizes colleagues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Typically 8+ years of TA operations/enablement or HR Operations experience preferred.
  • Typically 3+ years leading a recruiting team (e.g., Sourcers, Coordinators) preferred.

Skills

  • Proven success leading TA Operations or Enablement teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Strong experience managing ATS, CRM, and sourcing technologies (e.g., Oracle, iCIMS, Eightfold, Accurate, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze recruiting metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience managing or partnering with RPOs and external recruiting vendors.
  • Uses analytics and KPIs to inform strategy, improve performance, and influence executive decisions.
  • Clearly communicates complex ideas and drives alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Global experience in working with recruiting teams in different geographies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 (very strong Excel skills, Power BI, etc.).

Pay

The salary range for this role in Atlanta, GA is $108,700.00 to $217,375.00. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on skills, education, work location, and experience. A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.

Location

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role based in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and may be considered for remote hire at the company’s discretion.
