Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, leads strategic talent sourcing and acquisition initiatives aligned with business objectives. This role manages multiple projects, leveraging advanced data tools and agile methodologies to optimize recruiting processes and enhance candidate experience. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to anticipate talent needs, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and advise leadership on market trends and compensation practices. The Senior Manager fosters team development through coaching and performance management, ensuring effective execution of talent acquisition strategies that support organizational growth and operational excellence.

What you'll do

  • Lead multiple talent acquisition projects, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure alignment with business strategies.
  • Develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies, including advanced sourcing techniques and multichannel candidate engagement.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to assess talent needs, negotiate outcomes, and advise on compensation and market trends.
  • Utilize data analytics and digital tools to enhance talent acquisition processes and decision-making.
  • Coach and mentor on recruitment best practices, assessment methods, and candidate experience improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement through agile methodologies and adaptive planning to meet evolving organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related area and 3 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area.
  • Option 2: 5 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Human Resources - Professional HR (PHR) CERTIFICATION - Certification
