What you'll do
- Lead multiple talent acquisition projects, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure alignment with business strategies.
- Develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies, including advanced sourcing techniques and multichannel candidate engagement.
- Collaborate with business leaders to assess talent needs, negotiate outcomes, and advise on compensation and market trends.
- Utilize data analytics and digital tools to enhance talent acquisition processes and decision-making.
- Coach and mentor on recruitment best practices, assessment methods, and candidate experience improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement through agile methodologies and adaptive planning to meet evolving organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related area and 3 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area.
- Option 2: 5 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Human Resources - Professional HR (PHR) CERTIFICATION - Certification
