This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Translate business priorities into actionable recruitment strategies
  • Lead and coach the Talent Acquisition team toward clear objectives and high performance
  • Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning and role design
  • Oversee critical and high-level recruitment searches personally
  • Build robust talent pipelines to meet current and future organizational needs
  • Define necessary skills and outcomes for roles in conjunction with hiring managers
  • Standardize best practices in recruitment across all areas of the hiring process
  • Utilize data analytics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and inform strategies

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in a senior talent acquisition role within a rapidly scaling organization
  • Proven experience in recruiting for Software as a Service (SaaS) companies
  • Track record of managing and developing international recruitment teams
  • Strong partnership and influence with senior executives on hiring and workforce strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic oversight with tactical execution
  • Experience designing structured and inclusive hiring processes
  • Proficient use of recruiting metrics for decision-making and process improvement

Pay

$170,000 – $200,000 annually
