The Accounting Team

Examples of key problems the team is working on:

• Build the financial infrastructure from the ground up (NetSuite, Zip, Shareworks, Pigment).
• Stand up a lean finance org for the fastest-growing data center hyperscaler.
• Own the full stack from vendor invoice to cap table.

Responsibilities

• Own finance systems integration: the connections between NetSuite, Zip, Shareworks, Pigment, banks, and the operational systems feeding them.
• Run implementations end to end: requirements, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Build the integration architecture, APIs, middleware, and data contracts, so finance data moves without CSV heroics.
• Keep month-end unbreakable: monitoring, error handling, and fixes before accounting notices.

Requirements

• You've delivered finance system implementations or integrations end to end.
• You've replaced manual data flows with automated ones that survived close.
• You gather requirements from accountants and translate them into working configuration.
• You test like close depends on it.
• You manage vendors and system integrators to outcomes, not hours.
• Bonus: NetSuite platform depth including SuiteScript. iPaaS tools. Pigment or planning platforms. SOX-aware design.

Pay

Compensation Range: $175K - $227K
