About the role

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Manager - LA&C will shape Pizza Hut’s supply chain strategy across Latin America & the Caribbean. This role serves as a strategic partner to franchisees, regional leadership, and global category teams, driving procurement excellence, supply continuity, risk management, operational resilience, and long-term value creation across a highly complex franchise ecosystem. As Pizza Hut accelerates growth and modernization across the region, this leader will play a critical role in strengthening supplier partnerships, improving franchisee economics, increasing regional alignment, and driving sustainable competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to global and regional leadership teams on supply chain strategy, supplier partnerships, and operational risk management.
• Partner with global & regional functional leads to ensure that category strategies meet the broader needs of the business.
• Partner closely with franchisees to drive participation, alignment, and adoption of regional and global sourcing strategies through strong commercial partnership, stakeholder influence, and value-based engagement.
• Own strategic supplier relationships and implement strategic supplier partnerships to ensure Pizza Hut is a customer of choice, driving competitive advantage and unlocking value and growth for Pizza Hut, including leading negotiations.
• Develop strategic partnerships with relevant regional external partners, including building business cases for long-term investments and innovation.
• Build compelling business cases that improve franchisee economics, operational efficiency, and long-term system value.
• Ensure regional supply continuity and operational resilience across a dynamic multi-country supply network, including proactively mitigating geopolitical, inflationary, commodity, logistics, and operational risks impacting the region.
• Drive governance, compliance, and adherence to Pizza Hut standards.
• Drive specification harmonization & optimization in collaboration with regional brand teams.
• Champion sustainability initiatives within supply chain to reduce environmental impact & support the brand’s commitment to Good Growth, ensuring long-term ESG goals are embedded into category & sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in supply chain roles, ideally within the food industry or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in global/regional strategic category management/procurement.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
