Senior Manager, Supply Chain

About the role

The role is responsible for developing innovative solutions in the field of pharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new drug formulations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control protocols.
• Participate in clinical trials and gather data to support product development.
• Write technical reports and presentations to communicate project progress and findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D.
• Strong understanding of pharmacokinetics and pharmaceutics.
• Experience with regulatory affairs and compliance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• PhD in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field preferred.
• Leadership experience in a pharmaceutical R&D environment.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Skills

• Proficiency in statistical analysis software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
