About the role

Drive end-to-end execution of group-wide strategic projects on market expansion and licensing roadmaps. Partner with Product and Engineering to deploy AI-driven tools and automation across compliance operations. Design scalable compliance governance structures and 1LOD/2LOD interaction models for global operations.

Requirements

• 4+ years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm; 6-8+ total years professional experience.
• Delivered strategic projects in financial services, global payments, fintech, or tech platforms.
• Structure ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, frameworks, and operational roadmaps; exceptional problem-solving ability.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Finance, Economics, Business).
• Deep domain familiarity with global payments infrastructure, cross-border flows, and digital wallets.
• Led digital transformation, process automation, or AI implementation in financial operations or compliance.
