Senior Manager, Strategic Program Evaluation

About the role

The Bloomberg Center for Public Innovation at Johns Hopkins University is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Program Evaluation to lead the Center’s monitoring, evaluation, and learning strategy across its portfolio of technical assistance, training, peer learning, research, and public innovation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full evaluation lifecycle for the Center’s programs.
• Manage external evaluators and consultants.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative evidence.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and learning products for leadership, program teams, and funding partners.
• Translate evaluation findings into actionable recommendations that inform program design, resource allocation, strategic planning, continuous improvement, and organizational decision-making.
